Ground Level 1 Ground Level Amenities include a private pool and hot tub, a tiki bar, a NEW ping pong table, an outside shower, extensive outdoor furniture, 1 new gas grills, 1 new gas Camp Chef griddle with burners, beach supplies, carport and driveway that accommodates up to 4 passenger vehicles. When you arrive, pull in under the house to unload with ease. Inside the ground floor entry, access to the all-level elevator makes grocery stocking and luggage handling a breeze. Outside, relax in the shade or sun on the spacious travertine pool deck with ample seating. The outdoor entertaining area boasts a 6-person hot tub, a 14' by 30' saltwater pool, and a Cabana with Smart TV, full size fridge, with Bluetooth speakers, large entertaining area with picnic tables, and a ping pong table. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made with the exception of top bunks, in which case the sheets are provided. This home provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 1 hand towels per bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
