  • New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

    What more could you want in a vacation home? Families will adore Ann's Palace for its sky-high ocean views, multiple primary bedrooms, and amenities galore.

    Ann's Palace is located on a large oceanfront lot, providing ample room by the 12-foot x 28-foot, oval-shaped private pool. Spend your days splashing in the pool, soaking in the shaded hot tub, or simply relaxing on two levels of furnished, oceanfront decks.

    Inside, you'll find three levels of tastefully decorated living space, beginning with the poolside den/living room that has a complete wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. The middle level includes a second living area for afternoon naps and three primary bedroom suites. One more primary bedroom can be found on the top floor, adjacent to the sprawling great room with its exceptional oceanfront views, cathedral ceilings, and gas fireplace. There's also a large, well-equipped kitchen, three TVs, three VCRs, a stereo/CD player, and free high-speed WiFi for your laptop.

    With plenty of living spaces to curl up in, beach access, and front-row ocean views, Ann's Palace awaits your every whim!

Nice place to stay!

This house is in a lovely area, with a nice view of the ocean and the dune (with wildlife). It's a good house for a family - comfortable, many perks, and off the beaten path. Great for folks that want to be at the beach but without all the commercial trappings of bigger places!

Fall getaway

Ann’s palace was absolutely wonderful. It accommodated our group with plenty of room. Was also a treat for my elderly parents - they were able to sit on the deck and still enjoy watching the ocean. I highly recommend this house!

Great Family Place

Ann's Palace is a large vacation house with direct access to the beach where we went almost every day. Beach is gorgeous and not crowded. The ocean view from the deck is just incredible! It was such a pleasure to watch sunsets from there. The house is clean, with plenty of room for everybody (we were 5), and great spacious dining room/kitchen on the 3rd floor. Pool is well maintained, our kids loved it! Beautiful place to spend a vacation with family. Looking forward for a new season. Thank you so much!

House needs some TLC

The house is spacious for big groups, plenty of kitchen supplies, lots of natural light, beautiful view, nice quiet area. Not the cleanest house we’ve rented, needs some TLC and updates, kitchen cabinets were hanging off hinges, standing water under kitchen sink (leak promptly fixed by mgmt company), ceiling fan in living room had thick dust, upper deck has exposed nail heads, walls and carpet have seen better days.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house. It had all of the things we would look for in a rental house. We are planning on coming back and are actively looking at more of your properties. Looking for accommodations for 10-14 people. My mother has had several knee surgeries and the last house we rented (not from you all) did not have handicap access or an elevator and had 33 steps to get to the first floor and it was tough on her. This last rental was 100% accessible and had the master suite on the first floor which will make the next visit that much nicer. The beds were made and the rooms were very comfortable and accommodating This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Two weeks

Everything was broken and no one was responding to get them fixed until I threatened to start asking for a daily refund on rent. List of things broken included two toilet seats, one laying on floor when we arrived, downstairs TV, dining chair, washer, shelf in fridge. It is a long hard walk to beach over three dunes.

A wonderful house that was well-equipped and comfortable. The walk to the beach is quite short, although the dunes are a bit steep (so be aware if any elderly or disabled are coming). The driveway had enough room for 2-3 vehicles, not enough room for a boat (just FYI). The view is hard to beat for the location, thoroughly enjoyed some ocean views out front and sound views (sunset views) out back. The decks are all lovely and we were glad for all the space there. Our dog loved the house as well, although the steps inside were a little slick for him so it took some getting used to (something to be aware of). The appliances were really great, and I was happy with them. The pantry was very large. The outside shower, hose, and fishing station were all appreciated also. We will be back!
