OCEANFRONT Salvo - Colony Dr. - You'll think it's ALMOST PARADISE AT SALVO from the moment you arrive and smell the cool ocean air. The oceanfront swimming pool beckons as you unload your things into the bedroom level, conveniently located on the first level of the home. Choose from a bedroom with king bed or 2 queen beds, both sharing a bath with jetted tub. The kids might pick the room with pyramid bunk or the queen bed, both sharing a hall bath. The washer/dryer are also conveniently located on this level in the laundry room with 2nd refrigerator for storing extra beverages and food. Upstairs is a king master suite with French door to the oceanfront deck. The great room is accented with wainscoting and wooden beams. What a great place to cuddle while watching a movie on the 55" TV with DVD. The dining area is just off the well-appointed kitchen with 2 work areas perfect for cooking together. But after enjoying the hot tub on the screened porch, you'll be convinced it's ALMOST PARADISE AT SALVO.

New for 2025: New great room sofa.
New for 2024: New bedding throughout. Two newly remodeled bathrooms. New dining table and chairs and new stools at the kitchen counter. New seating in bedrooms and updated pool furniture.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

The location was superb! Having a dune access to the beach made for wonderful moments! There was plenty of room for our family!

The property was in a great location. The beach was right over the dunes. The house was nice, but definitely needs some updating. There was a burner on the stove that didn't work, not all the jets in hot tub worked, plus the headrests were gone. The upstairs strongly smelled of dog and the gate on the top deck had a broken spindal and dragged on the deck when you tried to open it. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed to make meals.

Amazing sunrises

Three generations of family. Loved watching the sun rise from all rooms. Having the beach all to ourselves and it being just over the dune was perfect. The stroll over the dune can be challenging if you have any problem with walking or breathing. House had everything we needed

Home is very comfortable but starting to show the need for general updating. Living room furniture worn. deck railings throughout are loose or missing, picnic table upper level damaged. (Surf & Sound attended to removing the damaged wood but table remained unuseable). Elctrical outlets non functioning in upper level bathroom.

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay. Getting to beach was easy. The deck was great to sit on at night and having the pool was great for the kids. Driving to super market was the only real issue but we knew going in that this would be a 20 minute drive. Some things needed to be repaired but weren't a game changer.
