Every inch of the home makes for a perfect vacation. The bottom level of the home has the game room, a media area, a kitchenette, and one king bedroom. Play games of pool while your family streams the newest movie on the large Smart TV with DVD player and surround sound. Pop popcorn or make a quick snack in the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, sink, and bar seating for four. Slip outside on a beautiful Hatteras day and enjoy the covered rear deck with a picnic table. Or, laze in the pool or hot tub and watch island life around you. Take charge of the Blackstone® griddle and make an amazing beach BBQ.

Travel between levels inside is easy with the elevator. The middle level has five master bedrooms. Choose between any of the tastefully decorated and renovated rooms, each with private attached baths for convenience. Two king master bedrooms, a kid bunk room with a single bunkbed and a pyramid bunk, and finally a master with two single beds. All bedrooms have Roku streaming TVs. The crown molding in the rooms make this not your average beach house. Each room and bathroom have been carefully thought through for your vacation.

The third level of the home will take your breath away. The final king master bedroom, with attached private bath, is to your left from the stairs. Watch the sunrise wake up the island from the master bedroom. The open concept makes family time easy and plenty of space to spread out. The 15 ft. ceilings bring in the natural light to brighten every inch of the decorated space. Make the chefs in your family happy with the modern kitchen, outfitted with cookware fit for a gourmet chef. Additionally, modern appliances for gourmet meals include one full-size fridge and one full-size freezer, a butcher block island with a stove, and new granite countertop with a unique leathered granite finish. Let the mixologist experiment at the wet bar with seating for five and a wine cooler and sink. When the meal is finished and drinks mixed, choose between the two dining tables that seat 13 comfortably. Casting a beautiful light over the dining space is a picture window with plantation shutters, giving you amazing ocean views.

Watch the sun move over the sky from all three levels of the home, all with exterior stairs to make travel between levels easy. Spend time sitting on the ample seating outside or use the covered porch on the top deck with more seating for covered relaxation. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
