"When we arrived we were told the elevator was not working so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs, it didn’t work the 3days we were staying, also the first room they assigned us to the ac was broken so then they had to move us which is very inconvenient especially being a single mom traveling ..."

"The room was clean and updated/remodeled to be more modern. The bed was comfortable and there were vinyl floors. The area is right off the highway in South SLC."
