This unit is within walking distance of the Depot, Union Event Center, Gateway Mall, and Delta Center (concerts, NBA Jazz games, Hockey.)
Take the Trax to the Salt Palace Convention Center. Short ride with no train change. Or under 1 mile mostly flat walk.
We are only two blocks to the NorthTemple Bridge TRAX and Front Runner station giving you access to the whole Wasatch Front, Downtown, and Airport. No car is needed to stay here!
Sleeps 3 comfortably, and up to 4 with the sofa sleeper!!!!!
The is a private 1 bedroom ground floor condo.
Private outdoor entrance. You will have the whole condo space to yourself. All units in the building are ground floor (no one is above or below you). Small building with only 5 units.
There is a patio/courtyard in the back of the property with a picnic area and bistro lights.
This outdoor space is only shared with the 5 condo units in the building
This is a self-check-in property. We use a smart lock system and deliver a unique access code with your booking. You can check in 24/7! The condo is professionally cleaned and managed
This area is hip and diverse. It is so close to all that the downtown area has to offer. Its walking distance to the famous Red Iguana Mexican Food Restaurant, Coffee shops, Gateway Mall, Vivant Arena, etc. Trax (Light Rail), Bus, and the Front Runner train is all within a block of your front door!
Our building sits east of the I-15, in the desirable Hardware District of Salt Lake City. No vehicle is needed to get from the airport to your unit or to explore Salt Lake City! The entire area has gentrified over the last decade. There are larger high end mixed use apartment buildings shooting up all around, public art installations, and excellent public transportation infrastructure. Like most urban downtown areas, there are occasional homeless people that you may see walking by. We have never had any issues with any safety or theft, but recommend taking your valuables out of your vehicle and into the condo to be safe.
Please do not pull your vehicle onto the shared driveway between the buildings. It`s the next door neighbors driveway and a Tow Zone.
Parking: There’s almost always ample free parking right in front of the building and no permit is required. The whole area around this building does not have metered parking. It`s free and plentiful. Check our reviews!
Please do not drive or park on the shared driveway or in the back area of the building. This area is not our property and the neighbor/owner is very protective of their private driveway/parking and they will have you towed.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
TRAX (light rail) comes from the airport right to the unit (.2 mile / 3 min walk to to the NORTH TEMPLE BRIDGE /GUADALUPE STOP). You can also take the Trax to access all of downtown.
Uber and Lyft are very efficient in Salt Lake City and you can catch a ride to the unit from SALT LAKE INTERNATIONAL very affordably.
The Front Runner train has a stop less than two blocks away from your front door. Connecting you to stops along the Wasatch Front from Ogden to Provo.
Once you`re at the unit, you can walk to all the major downtown destinations easily.
Also, the ski resorts are close driving distance too. Drive time: Park City (50min), Snowbird (39min), Alta (42min), Brighton (45min), Solitude (41min) Hide

Utah has a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property Pet Policy: We aim to make staying with your pet easy and affordable. We charge $25 per night pet fee for up to 2 pets. This fee helps us manage the costs of being pet-friendly while keeping rates low for our pet-free travelers.
Important Details:
• No Impact Policy: Ensure your pet does not shed excessively or cause damage. We provide a Shark stick vacuum and a lint roller to help keep off pet hair for pets that shed. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding. All pet hair must be removed before checkout. Since our pet fee is so low it does not include pet hair removal from bedding or furniture.
• Crating & Supervision: Crate your pet if left alone in the unit and ensure they do not disturb other guests.
• Leash & Cleanup: Keep pets leashed when entering/exiting and clean up after them.
• Liability: You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your pet.

Additional Rules: • Locals: If you live in Northern Utah, please message us before booking. We welcome your booking but require a quick screening of all local bookings.
• Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is 4. Violations may result in immediate removal without a refund. A $50 per person, per night fee applies for unauthorized guests. Please disclose all guests.
• Self Check-In: Follow instructions in the house manual, check-in guide, and app messages. Contact us via the app if you need assistance.
• Non-smoking property: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the unit and in common areas. A minimum $250 fee applies for smoking inside, and a $50 fee may apply for smoking in common areas.
• Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50 fee. You agree to cover any financial loss from an extended stay without permission.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Please respect this to ensure everyone’s comfort.
• Parking: Ample street parking is available. Do not block fire hydrants or driveway approaches. Avoid parking in the shared driveway or back lot; a $50 fee applies for unauthorized parking on the driveway and back lot.
• Pet Disclosure: Disclose all pets in advance. An undisclosed pet incurs a $100 fee.
• Alterations/Changes: Changes to dates or guest count after booking may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking. The host may charge for lost dates due to alterations.
• Retaliation Clause: Book in good faith and do not damage the host’s business. You agree to cover legal fees for any rule violations or damages that may arise from your stay.

Great little place
My son and I stayed here to go to a basketball and hockey game. The condo is in a nice neighborhood that is somehow only a 10-minute walk to the Delta Center. Super convenient. The place is small, but really clean and perfect for two people.

I wish I had, the floors are slanted, as a mobility impaired person this bothered me a lot, the bedside table was slanted and made it easier to knock things over. The parking was difficult. I picked this unit because in the online representation they had a regular "dining" table but when we got there they had high chairs. It was a nice stay though, quiet, comfortable temps. The host was very responsive. The TRAX is real close to get around.

Small, but nice
We enjoyed our stay. Property was described well. Parking was an issue though. Parking close by was only available if you were there mid afternoon. Otherwise, it was a couple of blocks away. So for us, as older visitors, was more difficult. But it snowed on our last afternoon and manager did get people there to clean and make it safer.

Great for Solo Trip
Great place to stay for my needs (close to Utah State Fairpark) - 4 minute drive, 25ish minute walk. It is within a 5 minute drive of downtown area and about 15 minutes of Ensign Park Trailhead (for a great view of the sunrise or set). Justin was in touch right before check-in. The property is VERY close to the Union Event Center, so I would caution that parking can be tough if there is something going on there but Justin was very accomodating when I reached out for parking recommendations with all nearby offstreet parking being taken. All-in-all, great little place for my solo trip, immediate neighborhood felt safe, and I would stay there again! One other note, this is a multi-unit condo and if anyone was staying next to me, I would never have known as it was very quiet.
