"The property is small, yet clean and well kept. However, there’s a few rough patches that need to be worked on1. The water heater is pretty loud, it sounds like someone is running a washing machine the whole night2. There’s a Kurig machine but absolutely no pods!3. The bathroom has no hook/rack for towels or clothes. And the shower curtain is shorter than needed, so the floor is wet after shower4. Last but not least, THE CENTRAL HEATER DIDNT WORK the entire 3-day stay while it was snowing...

"Very accommodating with times with us coming down for school and allowing us to check in early/leave our luggage. Also helped us with the checking out a little later because of school as well. Overall great experience and great communication from the owner. Will definitely be coming back "

"Lovely space, comfy cozy! Perfect location for all of downtown activities. It is city life in an apartment so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as owner explains in description. The stairs were a bit to figure out, just take two trips with bags! Well worth it. Felt like home during my stay."

"Excellent host (so responsive and kid!) and the space was amazing. So walkable to everything, the loft itself could be in a magazine. The beds were so fluffy and comfy. Finally, the instructions our host sent to us about getting into the building were so helpful! If traveling to SLC again, would 100% book this space. "

"What a fantastic location and terrific penthouse experience! This property is ideally located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City but far enough from crazy traffic that noise was never a problem. The building is extraordinarily quiet and the neighborhood is very safe and secure. I can’t imagine a better Salt Lake City Experience than this one."
