Welcome to Ski Haven - A beautiful modern town home located 3 miles from the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon and minutes from Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton Ski resorts. Located on the end next to Bair Park within the Oaks at Wasatch community. This unit is the best location in the community next door to Golden Hills / Bair Park. The side yard connects to a large grassy field in the park for kids to play. Enjoy access to the amenities offered at Golden Hills Park next door that include a tennis court, pavilion with picnic tables, outdoor bathrooms, parking lot, paved winding paths, and a gorgeous mountain view of Big and Little Cottonwood.



This home includes a beautiful kitchen with deluxe stainless steel appliances, bar seating, slate tile floors, and tall vaulted ceilings. Guests really enjoy the private back patio deck with private hot tub, gas barbecue, and patio seating in a shaded, spruce-lined yard that connects to the park.

A perfect ski vacation home for skiers and snowboarders wanting to be close to Utah's world famous powder at nearby Snowbird and Alta in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Within 5 minutes is the entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon to experience local favorite's Solitude and Brighton Resorts. If skiing is not your thing, some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails are available to explore, as well as fishing, nature trails, camping, rock climbing, and so much more. There is no shortage of mountain recreation accessed easily by car or bus.



For skiers, there is a ski bus stop just outside the community to easily access all 4 resorts in both canyons. You will love the private hot tub and ski rack in the garage where you can store your skis, along with areas to set boots to dry. If you love to ski Utah and are looking for quality ski lodging, Ski Haven is the place for you!

Vey nice rental!

Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, nice furnishings. Everything you would want in a rental! Easy check in and communication with management. Everything is clearly labeled and rental instructions are laminated and posted. The park right next door is a very nice perk! Be aware, it is a townhouse, and the hot tub sits on the property line. When the cover is up, it does provide a barrier and some privacy, but you are steps away from the neighbor's patio.

Artistic Townhome near the Mountains

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this comfortable townhome in Cottonwood Heights close to the canyons. The rooms were spacious and inviting, and there were unique artistic touches throughout. The backyard jacuzzi was a great feature, and although there isn’t a fence separating the property from the neighbor’s, we didn’t have any issues. The checkin/checkout procedures were clear, and the property management company was responsive and helpful.

Beautiful place!

Such a nice house! Well decorated and clean. Our family of 4 loved staying at this location. Minutes away from hiking trail heads. The hot tub was an extra bonus! Park next door was also an added plus. Highly recommend

Wonderful Cabin Next to the Mountains

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this cabin during our stay in Salt Lake City! It is a well kept cabin right next to a beautiful park and playground that was perfect for our kids to play in the morning with mountain backdrop. The owner was very responsive and communicative! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Salt Lake City

Lots of room

Plenty of room for a large group, and a large hot tub! Only downfall is the hot tub is right next to the neighbors with no privacy fence. Beds were super comfy and the house smelled nice!

Great house

The house had everything we needed. Very clean with a home like feel. Thank you for the extra touches with the sound machine and cell phone charges provided in the master. The only downfall with the home is its on a busy road with alot of noise with the windows open. The house only allowed to run at 72 at the lowest and the upstairs was warm so we had to open the windows. There is also no privacy fence between your neighbor and unfortunately they are smokers. The hot tub was amazing, but not very private. This unit is townhome. There is also a great park nearby to walk in.

Spring Skiing in UT

The location is hard to beat for easy access to both Cottonwood Canyons and I-80 (for Park City/Deer Valley). Condo is very comfortable, well-appointed and user-friendly, close to grocery store. Be aware that South Wasatch Blvd. runs right behind the condo, and there's a decent amount of traffic noise during AM and PM rush hour, especially in the master suite.

Great stay for 2 Families

The house was beautiful & had everything you could want. We were skiing nearby mountains, so the garage space was great for gear. The 2 separate living areas were perfect - the kids had fun in the basement while the adults hung out upstairs. Absolutely wonderful and we would happily stay there again!
