Just east of Trolley Square, the charming houses on Windsor Street, were the original Nantucket shot-gun houses for Trolley Square employees working at the Trolley/Bus Station. 15 minutes or less to major hospitals, our duplex is a unique, colorful and functional space that includes all the amenities for a perfect stay. Handsomely furnished one-bedroom, one-bath unit, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, washer & dryer, smart TV, & super fast WiFi.
No pets.

No parties or extra guests. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

No smoking. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in unit, regardless of any damages.

Strict quiet hours past 10PM.

Our guests are protected by the Waivo® damage protection program for accidental damages that occur up to $1,500 and this is included in the price of your reservation.

Waivo® Damage Waiver

If You have purchased a Waivo® Damage Waiver (“Waiver”) then the following terms and conditions are now part of Your vacation rental agreement.

AGREEMENT
On behalf of Alpenglow Property Rentals, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below up to $1,500, $2,000 and/or $3,000, the Waiver limit purchased by or for You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
Waivo is hereby responsible for direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will reimburse the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $1,500, $2,000 and/or $3,000. This Waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.
This is not an agreement to provide insurance.


EXCLUSIONS
This Waiver will not reimburse for theft, or damages resulting from:
Acts of God
Prior damage, cosmetic damage, marring or normal wear and tear
Loss of use of the vacation rental property
Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
Damage to a motorized vehicle
Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
Consequential loss
This Waiver will not reimburse for damage or theft of property owned by You.
This Waiver will not reimburse for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, clogged plumbing, excess trash, laundering linens, spa/pool maintenance, landscaping, maintenance or mechanical breakdown.


III. CONDITIONS

Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the Waiver.
Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
This Waiver will reimburse for assembly of replacement furniture up to a maximum amount of $50.00 US Dollars.
This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
This Waiver is only effective if damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.
Waivo will not respond to damage under $50 US Dollars.
If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.


DEFINITIONS
You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person You invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay.

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood
Loved to walk to parks and restaurants nearby this home. Exactly as advertised with comfy living quarters for a couple. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans, dishes etc. loved our stay.

In for George Strait
Cute place that is close to the Trolley Mall and public transportation. Easy walk back from the football stadium but I’m glad we took Lyft there. It has everything you need for a quick visit. Nice and clean.

Perfect Spot for a frequent business Visitor
Overall, I found this property to have everything I needed and nothing I didn’t need. I think that the location being close to the Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s was one of the key factors for me as I don’t rent a car when I’m in town for work and walking two places is really important so I don’t have to eat out all the time. The house is an older place like many of the other similar properties on this app for that area, but it was nicely decorated and updated. I felt safe there although there were some houses on the street that seem to be a little downtrodden. No big deal for me but just thought I would mention that here not any fault of the property management or owner. I felt safe the entire time communication with our host was great.

Quick Visit to SLC
I was just in town a couple days but I found the apartment to be just what I needed. Its a two block walk to public transportation, a two block walk to restaurants and grocery, and a short (but uphill) walk to the football stadium. I loved having laundry in the apartment.

Totally works!
There to tour UofU, but in a great location for all of SLC with easy access to routes to the mountains, or a quick drive to downtown. Cute, quiet, walking friendly neighborhood. Close to some great parks. Whole Foods in the Trolley Station shopping close by for groceries and dining. Parking was no problem. Pretty much all we needed in the unit, except maybe a glass dish for baking. Drew checked in on us and provided great instructions, covered an ask with no troubles. Bed was comfortable, hot water never an issue. Clever design with the heat, kitchen & bathroom. If my daughter attends UofU, I will likely look to stay here when visiting.

Easy, convenient ski stay
My wife and I stayed here for a week - were lucky enough to work remotely and wanted to check out Utahs ski resorts. This location was wonderful… easy access to big and little cottonwood canyon, convenient parking, nearby grocery stores, and reliable Wi-Fi. Drew was communicative and easy to work with. Thanks again for a great stay.

Nice place but communication could improve
The location itself was fine and looked as listed. However, there were issues with the toilet and multiple bulbs were out. My biggest issue was a lack of communication with owners assistant. No check in/out instructions were given before the trip, and I had to reach out to the owners for the passcode and check in info. This was different than what the app said, which was that they would meet me at the door. So that's confusing. Most stays that information is given to you a few days before arrival.
