Just because you’re roughing it outdoors all day hiking, skiing, or paragliding doesn’t mean you can’t also live in luxury during your stay in Draper. Find a little slice of heaven in our stylish 1,682 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom luxury townhome that sleeps up to 8 guests and is within walking distance to delicious restaurants and many different retail stores. Easily accessible from the I-15 freeway and close to nature and any outdoor activity you fancy, our home with luxury amenities, comfy king-size beds, free parking, and speedy WiFi will serve as an excellent home base for you and your family during your time in Draper.

The Space

Located in a quiet & safe neighborhood, our stunningly chic 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features two king-size beds, one queen-size bed, and one queen-size sleeper sofa you can set up in the spacious living room. Fall fast asleep in the comfy huge beds in each bedroom and wake up well-rested & ready for whatever adventure you have planned that day. The large floor-to-ceiling windows fill the rooms with bright light and beautiful views of the Wasatch Front.

The sparkling clean bathrooms with shampoo & fresh towels provided are a great place for you to either get ready to go out or unwind after a long day with a hot bubble bath. If you need to work remotely, there is a dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms for you to hunker down and get to work. The speedy WiFi will get you online in time for your next Zoom meeting or to write your next novel. The cozy living room setup has a comfy couch perfect to snuggle up on and watch a movie on the big flatscreen TV with Netflix included. Or, if you’re more of a bookworm, curl up on the big cozy armchair and read a book while having a glass of wine.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, and is stocked with all cooking utensils and spices you need to whip up something delicious. Have your kids sit at the breakfast bar as you cook them up some eggs and bacon before hitting the slopes for the day. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem, take advantage of how centrally located you are and walk to restaurants, shops, music venues, and anything else the darling town of Draper has to offer.

If you’re someone who prefers a life of luxuries, then this is the place for you. Staying here means gaining access to the condo complex’s many amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, a movie room, access to a clubhouse to host parties, AND a golf simulator game. Rest those weary bones that have worked hard skiing all day and take a soak in the hot tub. Talk about getting more bang for your buck!

Clean towels and linens are provided at the beginning of your stay, and there is an in-suite washer and dryer to use at your leisure. We even have detergent for you to use. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we have the house professionally cleaned between each and every guest. We ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly sanitized and that all linens and towels are washed & bleached between each reservation. There is free covered parking for two cars attached to your unit and other nearby public parking is readily available if needed.

Located within walking distance to restaurants and stores, this townhome is clean and exactly as listed. The kids enjoyed the playground and the neighborhood was quiet and clean.

Location to restaurants and other amenities was very convenient within minutes. Two car garage with garage door opener was a bonus. Bedrooms were good sizes and it was nice having 2 full baths upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked and family room was comfortable. Place had lots of light, one floor plan with lots of windows.

We were delighted with the owners and property. Lovely and very clean!! The gym was excellent as well. I was so impressed by their responsiveness. When we couldn’t locate the hairdryer a new one arrived at the doorstep. Five star service. We plan to stay again in the spring!
