This is the basement of a home! The top floor is rented out separately!

Enjoy 2 **complimentary 60-minute in-house massages** with your stay. Our trusted local masseuse will come to you, providing a relaxing and convenient experience right in the comfort of the home. It’s the perfect way to unwind during your visit.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the back door.

Please note there is no access to the thermostat in this suite!
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am

Water soaked, Low ceiling and Makeshift Construction

Was asked to take out and bring back in Monday’s trash p/u before I checked in (I checked in Sunday night/not my garbage). Mildew smell identified immediately then water soaked carpet found the last day of my stay while packing without shoes on. I’m 6’2 and would get my hat knocked off by the ceiling while wearing flip flops. Dryer vent clogged and water leak mentioned appears to be from lines poorly installed at washer. Garage is not worthy of a full size car and wasps own the driveway. I have more telling videos if Vrbo would like more information.
