This luxurious villa offers four bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, a heated pool, and private, secure parking for two cars. On entering the villa, you will be struck by the tasteful, voluminous living room with open kitchen, transparent staircase, and a spacious, bright mezzanine. The modern, sleek kitchen has a functional cooking island and is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, microwave, an American fridge, and a sink. The living room features a modern fireplace to enjoy winter evenings with a glass of Spanish wine. The entire interior is luxurious and decorated with works from various contemporary artists. It is the perfect example of a unique living environment where comfort and design come together to create a work of art in itself. Villa Sonrisa also has a very extensive fitness room.

Terrace and pool
Glass doors run the entire width of the living room and kitchen creating one seamless indoor and outdoor space. The terrace has a large dining table, a comfortable lounge set and sunbeds for eight people. There is also a modern gas BBQ for when you want to cook outside. The terrace seamlessly transitions into the luxurious infinity pool of 10 m x 4 m. The pool can be heated in winter, and a mobile fence can be placed around for extra child safety. There is also a separate outdoor toilet.
The view from the terrace is spectacular offering a vast panorama of the Costa Tropical, the Mediterranean Sea, the Alpujarras mountains, and the charming white village of Salobreña, with its impressive Moorish castle which is beautifully illuminated at night.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Villa Sonrisa has four bright bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed (one on each floor), and two bedrooms have two single beds. The luxurious bathrooms all have twin vanities, rain shower, and toilet, and two bathrooms also have a bathtub and bidet. There is an extra guest toilet on the ground floor. On the mezzanine on the first floor, there is a large two-seat sofa, which can also serve as an extra bed. The bedrooms all have a glass façade across their entire width, providing direct access to a terrace, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular sunrises in the morning and the romantically lit castle of Salobreña and the thousands of glimmering lights in the vast surrounding plains after dark.
The basement of the villa contains a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The villa is equipped with integrated air conditioning which can heat in winter and the temperature can be controlled in every room individually. The villa has fibre internet, and a SMART TV gives you access to many international TV channels.

Villa Sonrisa is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The villa has an enclosed garden area with parking for two cars right in front of the villa's front door.

Recreational area Monte de Los Almendros
Villa Sonrisa is in the exclusive development of 'Monte de Los Almendros'. The free communal recreation area with tennis court, paddle tennis court, swimming pool, paddling pool, football pitch and small snack bar are a short two-minute drive away.

Location and tourist attractions
Salobreña beach, olde town, restaurants and shops are less than a ten-minute drive away. The airports of Málaga, Granada and Almeria are all easily accessible within an hour. If you can drag yourself away from the pool and fancy a day out, there are many varied things to see and do in the area. The Sierra Nevada ski resort, where you can enjoy picturesque walks in summer, is a 75-minute drive. You can ski in the morning (from December to April) and then lie on the beach or take a dip in your pool the very same afternoon. An 18-hole golf course, which is located on the beach at Playa Granada, is 10-minutes away. The picturesque, white-washed villages of the Alpujarras are easily reached by car as is the beautiful historic city of Granada with its legendary Alhambra palace. Granada also offers a state-of-the-art indoor shopping centre, Nevada, with an extensive range of shops and a diverse selection of bars and restaurants. The coastal city of Málaga has a beautifully renovated historic centre with an imposing cathedral, the Picasso Museum, nice restaurants and terraces, as well as a vibrant modern shopping area.
