"Rooms were very clean, but the windows had some cob webs with a few spiders in them. The exterior also needs a deep cleaning, it was a heat wave and some unpleasent smells were surrounding the building."

"I like that they had an end table on both sides of the bed. Too many, don't. They also had a fridge and a microwave, which is helpful. HOWEVER, the sink wouldn't drain, There was trash on the ground under the vanity, the "clean" towels were stained, and there wasn't any hair dryer which has become standard at most places. Also, they don't seem to have enough parking when they are full. Many parked on the street."

"Avoid this property at all costs. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was poorly maintained and cleanliness was not a priority. The most alarming issue was safety. A rattlesnake was coiled on the deck directly outside our cabin door, forcing us to deal with it ourselves before we could safely enter the cabin. We also found black widow spiders around the cabin. Yes, these animals are native to California, but guests should never have to worry about venomous snakes and spiders...

"The parking lot could use grading. That hill is hard to navigate. There were hair balls on the shower mat and on the floor as well as on the floor by the sink. The chairs were terribly stained. Just my personal opinion, I don't care for the toilet paper and tissue paper touched by the room cleaners' hands. Pretty but not sanatory."

"The front desk staff were wonderful, assisted us in picking a room with some helpful tips. The room was very quiet and in a convenient location. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. The gym air conditioning did not seem to be working so it was very toasty in there. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also convenient for our day trips, no further than a 20-25 minute drive to the beach, Safari Park, the Zoo, and close to Costco, Trader...

"The hotel stay was amazing. Stephanie at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. I missed my flight and couldn’t reach the day I was suppose to. I had non refundable booking but even then she moved my booking a day ahead."
