"Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find. The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay. The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment. We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement."

"The Hibernation Station was exactly what i needed. It was super comfortable and has all the extra stuff that you might have forgot. The host's were great and accommodating. I had to extend my stay a few days and Rachel/Coleman were able to make it happen. If Im ever back in the Fairbanks area I will definitely be looking ro stat here."

Area has a bunch of great restaurants and places to visit, Nancy was super helpful providing some suggestions on what to do and was even nice enough to provide update on aurora viewing during the week. "This Cabin is AMAZING!!! If you stay in North Pole, AK or Fairbanks, AK you have to stay here. The space has plenty of room, an Awesome bathroom and a Great kitchen. There's even cereal and coffee provided and all the basic dishware and utensils. Very Clean. Veey responsive host. "

"This is a delightful, well-appointed, little cottage in a nice neighborhood that's close to everything we needed. The host was clear in all communications and very responsive. It was clean, well-maintained and the amenities were very thoughtful and welcome. We had our small Labrador Lily and it all worked perfectly--there was even a tie-down in the yard for her. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and I think the cost was well worth every penny."

"The place was clean. Had issue with wifi which he fixed. My only recommendation is that a tv be added to master bedroom. Host was very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom had what you needed and it was a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was easy"

"Perfect. Laura thought of every amenity and the snacks/food were great as was the condiment section in the frig (mustard, mayo, butter!) We only saw the lights one night and Laura alerted us to them. The bed was comfy, and the living area was great for hanging out in and watching the birds and squirrels at the feeder. "
