-The kitchen includes a dining area and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and other essentials, so you can enjoy anything from a simple breakfast to dinner at home.

- The bathroom comes stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo and other useful essentials, while free parking within the villa adds extra convenience throughout your stay.

The apartment also includes free WiFi and heating.

Located in Salas, Villarraba offers a peaceful setting in one of Asturias’ most characterful inland areas. Salas is known as the “gateway to western Asturias” and is one of the best-preserved medieval towns in the region, with a strong sense of history, local character and a slower rural rhythm that makes it especially appealing for guests looking to experience a quieter side of northern Spain.

From here, you can easily combine countryside calm with day trips across Asturias. Oviedo is around 30 minutes away by car, Cudillero around 35 minutes, Avilés about 40 minutes, and Gijón roughly 50 minutes, making the location a very convenient base for discovering both the coast and inland areas.

Nature lovers will also appreciate the chance to explore places such as Somiedo, a Biosphere Reserve known for its lakes, mountain landscapes and rich wildlife.

We recommend exploring this part of Asturias by car, as it gives you the freedom to enjoy both the coast and the inland countryside at your own pace. Staying in Salas makes it easy to plan day trips to places such as Oviedo, Cudillero, Avilés or Gijón, as well as nature-focused outings to Somiedo and other scenic areas nearby. The studio is part of a villa comprising a total of 6 separate apartments.

This is a studio-style apartment. The living area includes the bed and the sofa bed, along with the kitchen.

Free parking is available for guests.

It has heating but no air conditioning.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
