"Not enough superlatives to describe our three day stay. Simone, Violin and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The Chateau is situated in the countryside just 2 miles from the beautiful town of Bayeux. Perfect location for nice walks and for touring the D-Day sites. Note: it’s a 15 euro trip to/from Bayeux. Worth it."

"The host family was friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely, comfortable, and well-decorated space. A lot of thought went into the place. We had a lovely breakfast daily. The host was always available to everyone, even though they left you to rest and enjoy. The property is tranquil and peaceful, allowing you to relax. We are delighted and would gladly return; it's value for money. We loved having our French Bulldog, Triptan, stay with us. Thank You - Merci "

"The owners were lovely and very welcoming with off road parking provided within the grounds. The whole building was full or character and very stylishly decorated to a high level with a selection of D-day memorabilia and information in the dining room. There was a good breakfast included of Croissant/Pain au Chocolate/Pain au Raisin and bread, preserves and cheese together with hot drinks and juice. A particularly nice touch was a selection of chocolates in the bedroom. Would certainly recommend...

"Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr Sauber. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vorm Zimmer. Das Frühstück fällt sehr üpig aus und ist seinen Preis wert. Es wird auch für zukünftige besuche in der Normandie unsere erste Wahl für Übernachtungen sein."
