"The was excellent. The check was easy. The unit was very clean and spacious for a one bedroom. I loved the kitchen and living room area. Quick access to the beach. We rented bikes and you ride to local restaurants and shops. Quiet and peaceful!"

Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. "Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!"

"My mom and I booked The Colony for a girls trip. It was perfect for what we needed, about a 5 minute walk to the beach, which was never too busy. If we were not at the beach we're at the pool, which was a very clean space to relax in. The staff was always accommodating with requests for beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Shops were within walkable distance. The only “complaint” would be a little more security on the main doors. They only come with a code lock, no dead bolt or peep hole. So if...
