This villa is located on the first floor and boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. The unit also features plush master quarters with working desk, a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen with island, a comfortable Murphy bed, and two bathrooms.
Guest Access:
Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where guests can enjoy fantastic dining and shopping!
Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide beach gear that guests can use during their stay.
