La Plantation - Piscine et climatisation

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-François in Guadeloupe, this charming air-conditioned flat with swimming pool, with a surface of 56 m ² being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 35 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, two shower rooms and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and coffee table.
- An open kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room on the ground floor with shower and WC.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC.

Exterior:
- A 37 m² corner balcony with furniture to enjoy the nice days and appreciate outdoor meals.

Common area of the residence:
- A swimming pool (shared, unheated) of 600 m² open all year round.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Sights: Admire the Pointe des Châteaux, bask on the white sandy beach of Raisins Clairs or the beach of Anse à la Gourde. For a beach sensation, go and get splashed on the Douche beach, it is made up of small pools and you can be splashed by the ebb and flow of the waves.
- Sporting activities: try your hand at all kinds of water sports, discover the sea bed during diving sessions (scuba or snorkeling), walk along the sandy beaches and stroll along the magnificent points and their views....
- Cultural visits: go on an excursion to the islands of Marie-Galante or Désirade, visit the town's museum of fine arts...
- Gastronomic heritage: rum distilleries, colombo, love torment, smoked chicken, blanc manger coco...
- Events : Market around the Rotonde every morning from Tuesday to Sunday, the tourist market on Tuesday evenings at the Rotonde, the Carnival on Lundi Gras, the rum route every 2 years in October/November...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park of the residence secured with an access code, the place of the flat is numbered.
