Country house with private swimming pool

Lovely renovated stone house in the country side. Ideal to relax, enjoy nature, spend time with friends/family.



The Space:

This charming house is located in the countryside in Saint Aquilin. The village has a nice restaured church, bakery and restaurant and it is an ideal place to relax, connect with nature and explore the Perigord area (nature, good food, historical monuments and villages, etc).



The house is equipped with airconditioning.



The house itself has an equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, bread toaster), a living room with TV and spacious sofas, a large dining room with wood stove, comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron is also available. A desk area to work remotely is available as well with Free fiber internet.

Parking is available on the property (car port/garage): room for 2 cars and more cars can be parked in front of the house.

There is an outside terrace available off the kitchen which looks out over the garden with the swimming pool.

The swimming pool is available from beginning of May till end of September.

With regards to the bedrooms and bathrooms: there is one on suite room downstairs with double bed and the bathroom has a bath/shower with wash bassin and toilet. On the first floor (right hand side of the house) there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a double and single bed. On the mezzanine ther is another single bed available.

The bathroom hols a bath, a shower, washbassin and toilet.

On the left hand side of the house, there are 2 bedrooms. The first level holds a bedroom with a double bed and has a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash bassin. The second level has a bedroom with 2 single beds and a toilet with washbassin.



There is also a seperate toilet with wash bassin available on the first floor.



Arrivals and departures outside regular hours can be arranged under certain conditions (early arrival or late checkout fee). Upon your arrival, you will find the essentials to start your vacation, such as dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, sponges.

A mandatory cleaning fee is alreday applied in the price but we ask you to leave the property in a clean state before leaving.



We allow you to bring your own bed linnen and towels to avoid any further costs but we can also provide them to you (paying option). Just communicate your choice to us while booking your stay.

Lovely walking pads which can be used to walk or for your daily run.



Getting Around:

The property is a few minutes out of the village center of Saint Aquilin which has a bakery and restaurant.

The nearest airport is the Bergerac airport at about 58 km. Ideal location to visit Bourdeilles, Brantome, Perigueux, Bergerac and many more. Lovely markets, historical buildings, great food and wines.
