"13 of us hired the both the chateau and the guest house for a week. All the rooms in both buildings were fabulous, and beautifully decorated. Long tables for outdoor and indoor eating areas for the whole group and 2 swimming pools - perfect for a large group of friends."

"Absolutely superb to sum it up. We were there in a heatwave (4 days of 42 degrees) so Xavier brought extra fans and was always on hand to help. 9 adults. 1 teenager, 2 kids and a baby…. All were pleased with their stay! We used the air con unit from the top floor to keep the middle floor cool each night. "The Manoir d’Isly was delightful. It has spacious rooms with high ceilings, 4 en-suites and 2 family shower rooms, lovely places for dining inside and out and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool, 2 table tennis tables, trampoline and baby-foot were great for the kids (aged 9-14).The attic bedroom with 4 beds is rather hot in the height of summer - luckily we didn’t need to use it. "We were with 8 adults and had a lovely stay in the Perigord region with quiet surroundings. Just the sound of a lot of birds keeps you awake during the day. The castle is very well equipped and decorated and not to big, neither to small. It fits the number of guests very good. You can visit several nice little towns(one or two stars Michelin!) but make cycle or walking tours as well. In short: lovely castle and park, everything you need is there."

"We had a wonderful time at this location. Beautiful surroundings, a lovely castle, and a house with a pool. Upon arrival, a few things were amiss, and these were addressed and resolved immediately.
