The worst outdoor feature is the towels which are old, not very large and extremely poor quality. Sunbed mattresses would be a great asset to improve the comfort as the pvc is taut and not fir for relaxation or dozing. When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. "Really fantastic place for cleanliness, pool amenities and being near the Alvor Boardwalk. The included breakfast is also top notch with an insane number of options.
That said, despite the room being top notch, spacious and clean, easily the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Slightly shocking for a mid/higher end place."
