Most pets are very welcome if their owner takes full responsibility to be sure that no hair, smell, or pet waste is left behind.

Unfortunately, we do not accept large or aggressive breeds of dogs, specifically but not limited to XL BULLY.

Room under the stairs:
This unique place has a style all of its own. No expense has been spared in lovingly restoring this 600 year old Manor house with local legend stating this was once owned by King Henry 8th, resided by Oliver Cromwell and tells of a secret tunnel leading from the basement to the Church. Designed and styled by a local interior designer, this versatile property oozing luxury is perfect for entertainment, people working away from home or a weekend retreat. Kids will love the wizard themed top floor and one of a kind interactive secret hidden rooms.l

All of our properties are set up to give you complete privacy and convenience. Smart locks are in place for access without the need to meet anyone and house manuals and other instructions are sent via email. But we are still on hand, whenever you need us. Just send us a message and we will be more than happy to help.

Set in an extremely central location within the foothills of the biggest Church in Essex and within the heart of the historic medieval market town of Saffron Walden. Whether it is a 5 star restaurant or late night bar or family themed, kid friendly Wetherspoons, this town has it all, with over 2 dozen eat in or take outs on your doorstep. Famous for its country setting, long walks, nature reserves, adventure parks, in door plays, swimming baths, cobbled streets, listed buildings and so much more. Calm, friendly and extremely safe. We also have extremely easy access to London via the M11 at just 7 minutes drive or Audley End Station arrives at Liverpool Street Station in under an hour. It's no surprise that this town is often referred to as "Essex's Best Kept Secret" and "The Jewel In Essex's Crown" and this exclusive Manor House is located right in the centre of it, or the doorstep of all of its amenities. What a treat to be able to walk to Costa or Starbucks in your sleepers to pick up your morning coffee.

There is a parking bay directly outside the house that has a free 3 hour limit during the day but is free all night from 5pm to 8am. If you would rather your car be parked securely the house comes with its own private detached garage located just a short 3 minute walk from the house. If more car spaces are required then Swan Meadow Car Park is also a short 4 minute walk from the house.

After booking you will have the option to choose further, non compulsory, creature comforts to further enhance your stay, that may come at a small cost such as pre heating the hot tub for you, additional coffee beans, food supplies, extra toilet rolls, ect.

We would also appreciate it if you could send us through a photo of your photo ID so that if someone needs to meet you at the property for any reason, they know who they are meeting.

Note from owner: If you see the same property with the same pictures, multiple times, it's because we have various listings of the same property but are offering different configurations for different size groups. Basically, we lock or unlock the required or unrequired number of bedrooms. As soon as a guest books the dates they want for the configuration that suits them, the system synchronises the calenders of the other listings and makes them unavailable. It will not allow more than one guest to book for the same dates. Whoever stays has complete privacy and exclusive access to all amenities listed during their stay.
