Located on Cedar Lane, this Concan TX vacation rental is just a short walk to private Frio River access. Guests can float the Frio from the popular Seven Bluffs river entry and exit at Comanche Crossing, making tubing days easy and convenient. Prefer relaxing by the water? Inside, this Frio River vacation rental offers an open-concept kitchen and living area ideal for gathering. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located downstairs. Upstairs features an additional bedroom, full bath, and gaming table area. TVs are located in the living room and master bedroom.

relaxing weekend getaway

Reviewer Comments: enjoyed the stay, house was clean when we checked in. property management made sure everything was great, answered anytime we had a question. my only complaint which is very miniscule because who really uses wifi when youre out in river country, was the wifi. we tried to stream the college and nfl games but it was very very slow. but like i said who really needs wifi when you're out there. other than that we loved this house and will be back for sure.

We stay in Happy Trails every year. It's perfect.
