This bright and spacious attic apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. The open living and dining area is perfect for relaxing and features a comfortable box-spring sofa bed. The modern kitchen with an additional pantry is fully equipped, while two separate bedrooms offer box-spring beds and stunning views of the Kitzsteinhorn. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate. From the roof terrace and balcony, enjoy panoramic views of the Leoganger Steinberge, Steinernes Meer, Hochkönig, Schwalbenwand, and Kitzsteinhorn. Saalfelden Leogang, in the heart of Salzburg, is a natural paradise with hiking, climbing, cycling, and bathing lakes in summer. In winter, the apartment is ideally located near the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, the Hochkönig ski region, Ski amadé, and Zell am See-Kaprun, offering endless winter adventures. From May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of €0.50 per guest (aged 15+) will be added to the local tax, granting free access to all public transport in the Salzburg region. Guests must respect house rules. Bookings may be declined for those who previously violated rules or caused issues, regardless of nationality.
