"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. Upon arrival, the room did not feel properly cleaned. I noticed hair underneath the sofa, visible stains, and even burned bed covers, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom was also problematic—the toilet bowl was difficult to flush and did not seem well-maintained.
