"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. "Simple with basic but adequate facilities but secure and reasonably quiet. Narrow but comfortable beds. Check in staff efficient and polite. Good tea & coffee facilities. Excellent and helpful cleaning staff. Good location for night attractions, dining and drinks. Excellent bus and tram links. Main problem was only one lift working...and that was temperamental. It does not help to see a sign " be healthy take the stairs" when you are oaps and need to carry suitcases up several flights."

"​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our stay from May 15th to 17th, 2026. What was meant to be a relaxing family retreat resulted in severe distress, unacceptable hygiene failures, and unexpected financial costs. ​Upon a late check-in on Friday, our room was infested with moths and insects crawling on the carpet. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and professional, doing their absolute best to reassign us to the 7th floor. Disappointingly, this second room suffered...

"Nice standard aparthotel with basic cooking facilities, including a two ring hob and microwave that did much more if you have the know how. Dishwasher but only one tablet! Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants."

"Pleasant staff, beautiful setting. Great breakfast. Nice, deep bath and appreciated the kettle and china cups and saucers with tea and coffee in room. Nice linens. Quiet."

"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."

"Plenty of parking, room nice and quiet. Mattresses were comfy but the single beds felt very narrow also the legs of the bed were angled out and because of the dark colour too, a few stubbed painful toes! Food was a bit on the pricey side £8 for a portion of sweet potato fries! Breakfast was nice, enough choice. And the shower was nice and powerful. "
