"There was just enough parking, the instructions on how to enter the property was simple & accurate. The room was perfect for an overnight stop, bed clothing was fresh & clean. The shower was on the small size (I’m Big) other than that great."

"A very nice B&B in a peaceful location and a pub is just a walking distance away! There is a court yard within the compound where one can relax. We enjoyed our one night stay here and enjoyed our full English breakfast. Thank you."

That means you should significantly upgrade your air-conditioning system as soon as you can; the current one is simply not up to the job. And when you serve drinks in the hotel, you should be assuming that everyone will want a glass full of ice — not looking surprised and dubious when a guest timidly asks whether ice is available,...

"Lovely spacious room with milk in a fridge and real coffee bags. Comfy bed and super shower. Breakfast was a help yourself to croissant and butter. Would've been good to have had a more healthy option. Such as fruit and/or yogurt in the fridge. Only issue really was the wifi. Couldn't get the TV to work in the morning, and in th3 evening it dropped out a lot. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you."

"The hotel was clean and it had secure parking around the back. Breakfast is incorrectly advertised as online it says breakfast cooked to order, but in reality it is packaged croissants, apples and cereal. Not the warmest of welcomes from the staff. All round ok stay"

"The air con was amazing in the hot weather. Don’t usually order room service but it was really good and arrived quickly with a smile. Great cookie from the receptionist on arrival also. Everything was clean. Black out curtains great and no noise from other rooms/ corridors. Great stay"

"This hotel is right by the airport. very easy to find. Decent sized carpark; £10 a night. my room was a long walk to the front door and a bit baffling to find. There are signs but a bit invisible and they could do with more info just after the meeting rooms hall (and the staff know this, they were not at all surprised when I had to ask how to get there twice). This was my only gripe and I have bad knees. In my younger days i would have been fine. Food in the bar & room service were great. Staff...
