You will have access to all areas of the unit. Living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, patios, gazebos. You can walk to the public beach which is 10 minutes away or take a taxi and arrive in 5 minutes. There are numerous beaches in Runaway Bay :-)

Runaway Bay is a town in Saint Ann Parish on Jamaica’s north coast. Just ten miles west of Ocho Rios, it’s known for its coral reef and stunning beaches. Runaway Bay is a safe, secure, lovely, and very well-maintained area.

Located just 45 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport, the neighborhood is vibrant and very well connected with public transportation, lots of options for food & drinks, restaurants, bars and cafès all within walking distance or a short drive.

Only a 10 minute walk away from a grocery store, money-exchange, bank machines, post-office, police-station, doctors` offices, etc.
If you prefer, you can get a private taxi through me or get a public taxi on the main road (1 minute walk away).

When you`re ready for more action you`re only five minutes from the center of Runaway Bay where you can find lots of restaurants and shopping. Ocho Rios is only 20 minutes away from where you can visit Dunn`s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and more! Also, you`re only a 5-minute drive away from Green Grotto Caves!

Our aim is to provide all of our guests with comfort and convenience while visiting our home; however, please note this is not a hotel and certain conditions indicative of life here on the island may occur (although seldom) that are beyond our control, such as power outages, area-wide wifi outages, and possible water lock-offs. If this occurs and it is not due to the host`s negligence, no refund will be provided. We charge a much lesser rate for a property of this caliber than what the hotels would have charged. Thus, we are not able to provide the infrastructure as that of a hotel.


Failure to uphold community standards resulting in any HOA warnings or breaches will cause immediate termination of your reservations without any refunds and you will be escorted out the community by security.
Please be respectful of the house.

Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, small appliances, air conditioning etc. when not being used.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the house & is only allowed on the driveway or patio. If you do smoke in the home, you will be charged a penalty. Please note we live among trees and bush fires are easily started.

Please note that there are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property and all sides of the exterior of the house (front, left and right side as well as back), these cameras record activity at all times during a reservation.

Please be upfront and honest about how many guests are staying.

NO Visitors, only registered paying guests are allowed on the premises unless otherwise approved by the Host (Sherie).

NO overnight guests who are not apart of the approved Airbnb reservation WITHOUT PERMISSION from the Host. *Any additional overnight guests must pay the extra person fee outlined on my Airbnb profile.

No aggressive behavior.

If you need flexibility around the check in or check out times please let me know in advance.

Please be advised that early checkin or late checkout requests generally attract a fee of $40USD if it can be accommodated.

Stays over 30 days not allowed unless otherwise approved

This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person (s) or company ( the Guest) and the undersigned owner pursuant to which the guest has agreed to rent the residence described below ( the Property) for the duration of the Rental Term for the total rental fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
No smoking is permitted on the premises or apartment or the use of drugs or any other illegal substance.
Place and store all refuse and garbage in properly covered bins or containers on the premises.
No pets or animals allowed in the premises or on the complex.
The air conditioning (AC) unit must be turned off when the windows are opened and/or when leaving the apartment.
The Tenant (s) agrees to follow all government COVID-19 protocols in place. This can include but not limited to: pre-testing, temperature checks, quarantine orders, isolation orders, frequent sanitization, and bearing all the costs for travel to and from the destination as well as costs while the Tenant(s) is in-country should the Tenant (s) fall ill.
To use the leased premises solely as a private residence and not to use or permit the premises to be used for the purpose of a sale by auction or any illegal, immoral or offensive purpose.
Not to permit any disturbance, noise or annoyance to the comfort and peace of the inhabitants in the immediate vicinity of the premises.
Tenants are fully responsible for the actions of visitors including any damages or actions in the apartment resulting from their visit.
Tenants shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
Tenants to exercise great care in utilizing furniture,utilities, electronics, appliances and all other contents in the apartment.
Tenants are not to use the apartment for parties or other social events/gatherings.
A maximum of six persons can inhabit the Property at any given time. All guests should be declared to the landlord.
The Landlord shall not be responsible for any damage to furniture, equipment, clothing or any belonging of the Tenant which may be damaged,destroyed or otherwise by fire , explosion, storm tempest or inevitable accident or any hurt injury or otherwise to the Tenant therein.
That the Tenant renting the premises and observing all the agreements therein contained may quietly possess and enjoy the premises during the tenancy without any unlawful interruption from the Landlord.
