"The best is the suerp easy check in check out process. The bar is convenient, but the menu is quite limited and the service is slow-ish. Overall a nice stay if you plan to just need to go and sleep."

"The room was extremely small, even when we reserved for a big room since we were three… TV did not work all first day… there was no shampoo nor conditioner in the bathroom… Price was over €500 per night and doesn’t worth for the room we got"

"They charged me at the deposit and in the end they couldn't tell me what it was, there are mice in the lobby right in the food area. It is far from the center of Amsterdam in terms of transfers, you have to consider $5 euros daily to take transportation to the airport and from there take a round ..."

"Convenient location for train, tram, and business district. Limited amenities as this seems like a longer stay lodging facility. But it does have a kitchenette, washer and dryer for laundry. Make sure they don't give you the an accessible room unless you ask for it. I didn't like the shower."
