"I’m not sure what the cleaning staff use to clean hardwood floor on a first floor room, but the smell was so strong and toxic, my wife barely slept after a 15 hr drive. I had nothing but good things to say after last year’s stay but this was just a bad experience. In hindsight, should have asked for another room but thought opening window would help and it didn’t. Might be trying another hotel next year"

"I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any.
