The Space:
Tatai Lake Edge is a spacious and well-appointed lakefront home designed for comfort and relaxation. Upstairs, you’ll find three generous bedrooms: the master features a Super King bed, an ensuite bathroom, a sofa bed, and its own private balcony overlooking the lake—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, and Bedroom 3 offers two King Single beds, ideal for kids or friends. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and includes a Super King bed. With bathrooms on both levels, a full laundry with washer and dryer, and ample parking right outside, the home is well set up for families or groups to enjoy a relaxing stay on the water's edge.

Guest Access:
You'll have the whole house tom yourself although the owner does have the garage closed off for their belongings. There is still space for bikes to be stored.

The Neighborhood:
Koutu is a lakeside community and just a short 5min drive from the Rotorua city.

Getting Around:
Public transport is easy to get from here.
