Summary:
Welcome to Redwoods Haven, a stylishly renovated property providing a light and bright, very social feel for you to bring your family and friends to relax and catch up with each other, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Stroll across the road to take a walk or ride in the Redwoods Forest. Outside, you will find a private entertaining area off the dining room where you can enjoy a meal, cook a BBQ, soak in the spa or throw a ball around on the lawn.

The Space:
Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious king-size bed, offering a spacious and comfortable retreat. Bedroom Two: Designed with families in mind, this room includes two sets of bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests with individual single beds. Bedroom Three: This bedroom provides a queen-size bed, perfect for a couple or individual seeking a cozy space. Living Area: The living area includes a futon, which can be utilised to accommodate a ninth guest. Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to use the futon so we can provide the necessary linens.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Guests also have access to the backyard with a BBQ grill and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Redwoods Haven is ideally located in the charming Lynmore suburb of Rotorua, a fantastic leafy residential area. You're a quick 5-minute drive from the city center (CBD), and a mere 5-minute drive to the scenic Blue Lake. For nature lovers, the renowned Redwoods Forest is practically on your doorstep, a delightful 1-minute walk away. Explore the trails, enjoy the fresh air, and experience the beauty of this unique neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located near public transport, with a bus stop just around the corner, making it easy to explore Rotorua. Taxis are readily available for convenient travel from the property. For those arriving by car, free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.

Wonderful stay. First time we have taken our dog on holiday and this was home was perfect. Location is quiet, away from central city with great walking in the redwoods. Spa was great with clear skys to count satellites (40-50 each night). Thanks, we will be back real soon .

Great property in the perfect forest side location

An older home but recently renovated. Plenty of heaters and air con, well set up kitchen, plenty of space inside (we had 4 kids 4 adults). Spa in the back yard and gas hot water meant no cold showers after a rainy mountain bike with the kids.

Great location and comfortable home

We have come here four times now. The location is fantastic if you like the forest park for walking or mountain biking and good food and coffee nearby. The house is warm and cosy and well appointed-we’ll definitely be back.

Lovely place and super close to the forest

It's been a lovely experience overall. The only thing regarding the cleanness was that perhaps the previous tenants didn't tidy up properly. We found coffee ground in the coffee machine. A few cutting knives had residue on them, and so did some cutlery. Other than that, everything has been great.

Dog Friendly Mt Biking Weekend

Clean and warm

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean which is always a bonus, and also very warm which was great as it was very cold outside! A few items could do with updating/replacing, such as broken chairs, bath plug, and bathroom paint. Overall it was a great home and super cosy and comfortable.

Comfortable bach in a fantastic location

A comfortable bach, conveniently located across the main road from the bike tracks in the forest. Spa pool was great as was the access to the garage for our bikes. The beds were good and everyone had plenty of room. Thanks for the awesome stay.

Great Location and lovely welcoming home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. All the amenities was very easy to use. Everything was very clean neat and tidy on our arrival. The spa and the bbq was very much enjoyed! Hope to stay here again at a later date! Definitely recommend.
