Apartment designed with attention to detail and furnished to a high standard: flat screen TV, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN and complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). Baltic Sea vacation for connoisseurs: Our "Romantic" apartment is dreamy and romantically located in the roof and offers you a spacious living / dining area with comfortable seating, a separate bedroom with double bed and a small, fine shower room. From the living room with balcony and morning sun you have a wonderful view of the river side with the cruise ships. Ideal for 2 people

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights) and "L" (less than 7 nights). Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Pick up deposit from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request, WiFi ______ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Lage der Wohnung ist schön ruhig. Man ist schnell im Zentrum

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.. die Unterkunft war für uns auch sehr gut… das einzige was für uns noch verbesserungswürdig wäre, sind ein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon und ein größeres Waschbecken im Bad…

Tolle, saubere Ferienwohnung im 3. Stock , 5 min. Fußweg bis zur Shopping - und Gastromeile am Strom. Alles da , was man braucht ,gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingereichtet incl. kleiner Balkon mit Blickrichtung Hafen. Jederzeit gerne wieder !!

Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, ideal für zwei Personen. Ich hätte mir allerdings gewünscht, dass es im Internet zu erkennen wäre, dass sie im Dachgeschoss liegt und es keinen Aufzug gibt. Da ich Ü-60 bin, fiel es mit nicht leicht meinen Koffer die vielen Stufen hinauf zu tragen. Mit der Sauberkeit war ich im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden, allerdings fand ich es unschön, schwarze Haare auf dem Sofa und im Schlafzimmer auf dem Nachttisch zu finden, zumal meine Tochter und ich blond sind.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung hatte uns neugierig gemacht und dann beim Ankommen such nicht enttäuscht. Wunderschön, geschmackvoll & maritim eingerichtet, hell und großzügig. Kleines Manko aus meiner Sicht: Die Kommunikation vor Ort an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders freundlich... mir ist bewusst, dass es aufgrund der derzeitigen Ungewissheit aufgrund Corona gerade für Gastgeber sehr schwierig ist ... dennoch sollte doch ein Lächeln den Gästen gegenüber möglich sein.
