Cedar Nook is the garden suite below the beautiful Cedar View vacation home that is located in the Caldera development moments from Red Mountain base area. Well-appointed one bedroom suite with a full kitchen that has all the tools and gadgets you’ll need to cook a nice dinner.
With a cozy dining space, a living room with a gas fireplace and smart TV, it is perfect for curling up after a day on the slopes. Even has in suite laundry as well. Bedroom has a king bed, plenty of closet space and lovely bathroom with fully tiled shower.
The best part, you have your own private hot tub with views of the woods with a BBQ and locked outdoor storage room to keep your skis and bikes safe.
Pets are permitted upon approval. If approved, a pet fee of $20 per night applies.

MINIMUM STAY POLICY

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
