"First of all a tip of the hat to Tommaso, our host. He is really on the ball, you ask him something and almost immediately he responds or drops by to see what's up. The Villa Nerino has 5 bedrooms, each with a very nicely appointed bath. I recommended to him that he install safety bars in the baths (I am disabled). "The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍"

"Federica war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich, mitteilsam und hilfsbereit. Anfahrt zur Villa war etwas abenteuerlich, aber machbar, besonders wenn man von Federica gelotst wird. Die Villa war für uns ganz wunderbar, besonders die umlaufende Terrasse, teilweise überdacht, mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen und sehr schönem Ausblick ins Tal mit Blickrichtung Cecina und Meer. "Große geräumige Villa, tolles großes umzäuntes Gelände, mit Hund dafür super geeignet. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat sich sehr bemüht. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Villa ist teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber für uns war alles vollkommen in Ordnung. Das einzige was für uns etwas störend war, ist dass einige Baustellen außen rum sind, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, jedoch wäre es bestimmt für manche eine wichtige Information. "Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto."

"The house corresponds exactly to the description, it is old, in an early 1900s style, and very romantic. Sitting under the trees in the garden with a cold drink is unbeatable. For larger groups, the second bathroom might be a bit small."
