The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. "We really enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, perfect for a large family or group of friends that want to share a home with their own spaces. Location to the beach is perfect and a 1 min walk to the sand from the house. Beds are super comfy, showers are super hot once you get them warmed up, shampoo and conditioner provided was nice, kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, coffee maker and filters. "Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!"

"Clean, Modern House. Best Location in the middle of everything. Literally 1 minute walk to the beach and all the clubs and 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Very quiet once inside. Definitely will be staying here again. There are even a few small drink/ food stands right outside the front gate. Our family loved it."

"First of all the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spotless. Property manager Gave us complementary snacks and drinks. Balcony was very spacious and gives you a great view of the beach.
