"Room was dirty and very strong stench,stayed for 3 nights and not once staff service came in to at least replace towels or do beds."

Holiday Inn & Suites Bellingham by IHG
"The room looked clean but smelled like weed. We had to ask more than once for extra pillows and we were disappointed that we were only allowed two breakfast tickets with four guests staying in our room. The breakfast was typical and the service only okay. Never asked if you would like a coffee refill ..."
