Emerald Escape Vacation Villa

Relax and enjoy the views with family and friends! This renovated 3,800 square foot four bedroom home with private swimming pool is a picturesque escape overlooking Emerald Bay. Access the Emerald Bay Marina, multiple beaches or enjoy the sunrise every morning from the second floor balcony. Spend the day with all the beautiful and amazing features of the Exuma's. Sea turtles, star fish, iguanas, swimming pigs, private islands and so much more. Come see it all!

Emerald Escape Villa features 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king size beds, and one bedroom has a queen size bed. An inflatable double size mattress for kids is available upon request for an additional charge of $100 per night.

The Villa features a large generator, which is a must on the island! The Villa also now features Starlink wifi internet! (Added November 2025)

There are two luxury golf carts available for guest use for an extra charge of $50/cart/day. The golf carts can be used around the community, to go to several nearby restaurants (Salt Restobar, 23 North, Palapa, and Sandy Toes beach bar), to 242 Liquor Store at Emerald Isle Plaza, to the Emerald Bay Marina, around the golf course, and to the Emerald Bay Beach and Marina side beach.

Upon confirmation of booking, guests receive access to our complimentary full time on-site concierge. Our concierge will help you save time planning your dream vacation and answer any question you may have around planning your trip, recommended activities, restaurants, or points of interests, and the island in general. Our concierge can also help book any excursions, boat rentals/tours, reservations, in-home masseuse, chef and catering services, transportation, rental vehicles, babysitting, grocery/alcohol delivery and stocking (pre arrival and during stay), and any additional housekeeping services.
