"It was exactly what Mike and I needed. A place to "go home to" after spending time with relatives. Even though when we stayed the temp hit an all time high (97)!!!. The cabin was a perfect size for us. Loved that the furniture was custom-built and the pictures are available to purchase!!! They, IN themselves make the cabin!!! It was very peaceful. Tiffany (the owner) is very nice. We will definitely be back for a longer visit."

"The property was beautiful outside. Fall is a great time to go to Walker. When we checked in the receptionist, she was nice and bubbly. However, when we went to the restaurant/bar for dinner, it was closed. Nothing was mentioned when we booked it. That was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay there. There was another party wanting to know when breakfast is served and they laughed and said no breakfast. It is 10 miles or so into town. The rooms were nice and large. Called and Asked for...

"I’ve visited this area since I was a kid, and while it’s unfortunate to see how much the town has changed over the years, there are still people in the area who are trying to preserve it. "Very private property with plenty of room for the family to spread out. Fishing was excellent even from the dock and the lake was easy to navigate in a fishing boat. We loved the screened porch and the ample level grassy areas outside for yard games. The air was keeping up very well even on a day with highs in the 90’s"
