I was surprised that while we were out the second day, they did not bother with our room. Also, we wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub had filth all along the edges. "When we got to the hotel we were told we did not have a room. They were sold out. 9 hits of driving to be told sold out. I even called them at 5pm telling them we would have a late arrival. Then called again around 10p told we did not have a room. Not happy had to stay in car not knowing the area. Hotels in the area were sold out"
