OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - Hatteras Island Estates - CAPE WINDS will thrill guests of all ages with pools for both adults and little ones, a toasty hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, Tiki bar and abundant outdoor furnishings set in a spacious and beautifully landscaped lawn. When the first snack attack hits, step inside to find a wet bar with full-size refrigerator and microwave conveniently located in the game room along with a half bath, pool table, flip-top gaming/dining table, 55" LCD TV/DVD home theater system with free premium movie channels and 32" LCD TV. This level also offers two master bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a pyramid bunk with trundle. The mid-level features a media room with a 65" TV/DVD home theater system with surround sound and free premium movie channels. There are two queen master bedrooms as well as a king bedroom that shares a full bath with the media room. The spacious upper level great room is tastefully decorated and includes a comfy seating area with a 55" TV/DVD home theater system with surround sound and free premium movie channels; a half bath is conveniently located nearby. Feel like dinner and a movie? The featured attraction is the kitchen with gas cooktop, electric convection oven, oven drawer, 2 sinks, granite countertops, and plentiful storage tempting you to cook up delights to enjoy in the bright and open dining area with views of the ocean and the sound. This level also offers a king master bedroom with a large walk-in shower with 2 rain showerheads. All bedrooms have LCD flat screen TVs. Look no further for your next vacation home. Family Retreat

Beautiful property with an amazing location. Our family vacation was such a fun time and success because of house and location. The house was well kept, clean and offered plenty of room for those “I just need a moment for myself” times. The pool and hot tub were hits and the backyard was an unexpected bonus!

Great time in Rodanthe

We had a great vacation at Cape Winds 569 The house was beautiful and very spacious for our family! We loved the ease and convenience of the elevator The views, sunrises, sunsets and seating on the upper decks made for the best happy hours and morning coffee Location and proximity to the beach was great. Our only disappointment was the delay in response to small repairs, especially the fact the smart TVs weren’t working Surf and Sand for the most part was responsive Would come back anytime !

GREAT HOUSE

This was a great house. Very family friendly. House was super clean and well stocked. We were withing walking distance of the beach and Pier. Loved sitting on the top deck and being able to watch the waves. One of the nicest places we have rented. Do not hesitate to stay here!

The house was wonderful.

The house and pool were wonderful. The elevator was a true blessing for my older family members and unloading and repacking the cars. The baby pool was perfect for my grandson. The kitchen was totally equipped.

Perfect house for our family of 10!

This house is awesome has everything you need loved the elevator the pool the outdoor shower having our own bathrooms and being close to the beach and Rodanthe pier!! Love the shelves in the kitchen so you don't have to put all your things in cabinets! Each level can control their own AC which was very nice and each level has a sitting room for the kids to watch and play games in their own area this house is awesome!!!

Family Celebration of 50 years

Everything was exactly as advertised. The elevator was a blessing, the rooms were clean and ready, the kitchen was far more spacious then expected, and the pool was a huge hit for our seven and five year old granddaughters. The weather was fantastic, the ocean absolutely beautiful, and the house lived up to be exactly what we needed. It was quiet and low traffic volume. I would highly recommend for anyone else to use your service as it was super easy, professional, and really tuned in to being customer appreciated. As an extra kudos and thank you, it was our 50th wedding anniversary, and when we arrived there were two bottles of wine, one white and one red, along with a 50th anniversary card waiting for us on the kitchen island.
