"Horrible, Horrible!! I arrived at 5pm. My room was not ready. I went and had dinner. After dinner which was approximately 8pm and my room was not ready!!!! "Outdated hotel, where they just try to make money of everything. The restaurant doesn't exist,just bar with few options like pizza and burger. I can't believe they have four stars. They pretend to offer loyalty but option are reduced to nothing.That is after spending 3k in the place ."
