Holiday Inn Express Rochester - University Area by IHG
The facility looks new from the outside, bed comfortable but carpet dirty, cribs on the floor definitely housekeeping did not vacuum. Requested a blanket we were given a fitted sheet that we had to pick up the front desk as only 1 person is working. Breakfast ok. Music blasting on the floor we stayed ...

Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
Overall, I think our visit went extremely well. The staff was helpful and when the coffee pot went out in the room it was replaced quickly. I did feel that the prices of the restaurant, bar, and other facilities were extremely high. Could have used a microwave in the room.

Wyndham Rochester Downtown
The hotel keeps charging my card after I’ve already paid. Had to wait a few hour after to get checked in. Rooms were not clean. Did not get what I booked. No clean towels or rags. Toilets were clogged.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Rochester - Marketplace by IHG
The hotel was very clean and in a good, safe location. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is I paid extra for a room that said it had a wetbar and there wasn’t one.
