Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
Room was not ready at 4PM Wrong key and room was given to me The ice machine was out of orde The elevator was out of service Loud argument's be tween staff and quest in hallway at one in the morning Heater in room sounded like a 747 Never Again

Baymont by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester
The room was clean, updated and the bathroom was very nice. Shower worked great and the soap/shampoo dispensers are a nice option (in case you left yours at home).

DoubleTree by Hilton Rochester
Room was very clean, checking in was easy and and the staff was very friendly. John the supervisor was very friendly. The pool was great as well. Bed was super comfy. The price is also phenomenal. Id absolutely recommend this place if you are staying in Rochester for multiple nights and want a luxury ...

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
Rooms were very dirty. If it wasn't so late when we checked in I would have looked for another hotel and demanded a refund.
