"Room was clean but noisy the hotel literally is on top the highway and you can get the whole thing from outside thru the wall A/C we tried to turned the heat at night and has a humid smell that stinks the whole room. Have to call to front desk around midnight due to some kids playing hockey in the hallway apparently was normal that parents let the kids been disrespectful and the front desk lady was rude and apologized saying that was my fault feel like that in resume I will never be back to this...

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "Location to train to Fenway was great! The fire alarm in the room had a bring light which made it hard to sleep. Gym towels were very low quality, smelled terrible and all towels in room smelled musty. At check-in, I requested my rewards number be added to the stay if it already hadn’t been added and received a lecture about booking with Expedia instead of directly with hotel."

"The place was spacious, clean, quiet , and conveniently located, near to supermarkets and public transport. We stay for Boston marathon 5 nigths so price was much higher than normal, this means that even it was a good place to stay , it was very expensive. We were 2 persons but it only has 1 chair, no sofa or any other place to sit. This was my only issue."

"I have to say I am very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. We reserved a deluxe king room on the executive level with a sofa bed, but upon arrival, none of these rooms were available. Instead, we were given a handicap-accessible room on the second floor facing a back patio where people gathered and talked at all hours. To make matters worse, instead of a proper sofa bed, my son was given a rollaway bed with an extremely hard mattress. The bathroom lacked even basic space to place...
