"Great classy place right in the heart of Ligonier.. you never have to get in you car once you arrive"

"The check in experience was challenging because the staff could not speak English very well. The smoke detector in our room was covered with masking tape. An electrical outlet by the bed was not attached to the wall correctly. We were awaken by an alarm clock at 5 am in an adjacent room that did not turn off for about 30 minutes. The sound was coming through the electrical outlet that was not properly attached to the wall."

"I am familiar with the area, I went to this location because I know people who live nearby. The long and steep driveway might be odd for newcomers, but access is still easy. There was plenty of parking. Clean and roomy lobby. The dining/breakfast area is down some stairs, but there was ramp access off one side. Elevator was roomy, doorways wide, beds comfortable. "It was what you would want from a hotel. Except for the pillows, but I’ve never been to one where the pillows were like home. Bring your own. Everything else was fine."

"My only complaint is that on both nights we were there other guests were VERY noisy after what I would consider a respectable time (10:00 pm). The first night it was little kids in the hall running and screaming with no parents/guardians around. The second it was young adults coming in after partying. They were talking loudly and stomping in the hall. I am trying to not complain as much so I did not go to the front desk even though it was 2-3 am. "
