"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. "The highlight of this hotel, aside from it's obvious beauty and charm, is the staff. I had an issue with my room when I arrived, and they took immediate action to move me to a better suited room. Everyone I spoke to, from check in to bag holding to the gift shop, was kind, helpful, and eager to help. Also, I bought a scarf/shawl from the gift shop that saved me on this trip during the chilly Chicago nights. It even inspired my friend to pick one up, too! I also grabbed some Garrett's popcorn...

"The rooms were dingy and very basic. The staff was mostly friendly. The elevators had daily issues and one of the three was shut down. Ice makers were all broken. Staff informed me with a shrug that there was nothing that could be done. Later I was informed that “ice could have been arranged” by reception. On a positive note, valet was prompt and the bakery next door was delicious."

But when i got there (on a holiday weekend) we where told that the roof top garden is actually part of a restaurant that operates on the property but is not owned by the Hilton. the restaurant was closed therefore there is no access to the garden. so the namesake and most attractive feature is not available to hotel guests whenever the restaurant is close, WHAT? "It was centrally located for our needs. Union Staion is a short walk even with luggage. We walked to the Riverwalk and to a Park on Lake Michigan. It is doable if you are someone who likes to walk. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The room was small but perfect for 1. I missed having any cup for water as well as a mini coffee maker. Unfortunately I could hear traffic but it’s downtown Chicago so that’s to be expected. I travel with ear plugs just in case anyway. Easy check in and easy check out."

"Staff was amazing and very helpful, gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to check out and also upgraded our room for free. The room was very nice, a little tight but that is expected in Chicago. Bathroom was perfect great shower, amazing view from room and bathroom window. Very conveniently located, quick walk from the train. Highly recommend and would stay again"
