Modern property with a difference, at a great price

What else do you need WHEN IN ROBE but to stay at this great modern property situated close to the main street, shops, cafes and beach. The shed has an extra Tv & lounge which will keep the kids entertained while your enjoying cooking the BBQ or sipping on a cold beverage in the great outdoors.

WHEN IN ROBE has two main queen bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and two other bedrooms with bunks that will comfortably sleep another 4 people also with own bathroom. Property has R/C air conditioning & a dishwasher.

The property has a fully fenced yard. Outside pet is welcome. It is the dog owner’s responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Coastal Holidays cannot guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.

Linen & towels are supplied. 

What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at "when in Robe". The kitchen was fully equipped. Big backyard with a great set up in the garage. House was perfect for two families. Loved the games supplied too. Short walk into town made it easy to get around.

A fabulous location and house!

When at Robe is fantastic. It is well appointed and comfortable. We loved the table tennis table in the back room! The kitchen is well supplied and the house was very clean. We loved the layout of the central bathroom with two families and mixed ages. We could easily walk into town. The only feedback would be that unfortunately the back yard grass has died away due to poor rainfall otherwise very tidy.

Great Place

Fantastic place to stay for a family. The house was more than expected. Great area for the kids to run around. Walking distance to main shopping area, restaurant & bars. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend & will be back.

All the comforts of home!

Set on a quiet cul de sac, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax, both inside and out. Three bathrooms meant no one had to wait for a shower or toilet and the kitchen, while small, had everything we needed to feed everyone. The table tennis table and kids retreat in the shed were well used too. A short stroll to the main street and the local brewery, so everything Robe had to offer was accessible.

Satisfactory

Quite good with quantity and size of rooms and adequate facilities. However, were disappointed with a number of issues: one of our guests fell down a wide gap at side of decking at front door, the BBQ was filthy and unfit for use, maintenance items, e.g. both gas cylinders ran out so no hot water, light globes needed replacing. For this price we expected better.

The house was lovely. The location was awesome. I received no email explaining check in or wifi so

The house was lovely and our stay was very pleasant. There are a few things, I feel, need to be brought to your attention. There was no instructions after booking on how to access the property. This required a phone call. There was a lot of rubbish in the yard and under the clothesline. There were 2 light globes that didn't work. One in the main bathroom and one in the smaller ensuite. The bedside lamps in the second bedroom, along with lamps innthe lounge room did not work. We ran out of toilet paper
