Large property, walking distance to main street, shops and playground

4 bedroom property is ideal for a family wanting room to move while holidaying in our lovely coastal town .
Open plan dining/kitchen/living area with R/C air-conditioning & enough space for everyone. Lounge rooms has a flat screen tv while the kitchen supports a microwave, fridge, electric oven, dishwasher.
Main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen Tv & ensuite.
Bedroom 2 & 3 have queen beds.
Bedroom 4 has 1 single & a trundle bed.

Great outdoor area and enclosed backyard great for summer entertaining. There even enough room for the boat!
Property doesn't have Wi-Fi.
Outside Pet negotiable. It is the dog owner’s responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the yard on the premises. Robe Coastal Holidays cannot guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.

Linen & towels are supplied. 

What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the top of the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products.

Very comfortable and relaxing

The house is very comfortable - it isnt brand new or flashy, and there are signs of wear around the place, but it is also quite affordable, so this is acceptable. The location allows for a comfortable walk into town, and the street is quiet and very pleasant. The garden is lovely. Facilities inside the home all worked well, apart from a few issues with the dishwasher that we could have followed up on, but didn't bother with.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property ticks all the boxes for our family- enough bedrooms, comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, and a lovely quiet spot in our favourite town.
